To help the government
fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities,
federal law requires us to obtain, verify and record information
that identifies each person opening a new account. In order to
obtain a Reloadable or Personalized Card, you must provide us with
information that will allow us to verify your identity, including
(but not limited to) your name, Social Security Number, physical
mailing address, and date of birth. Also, we may ask to see your
unexpired government-issued photo identification or other
documentation to verify your identity. |
